  You can return or exchange one or more items within 20 days of the delivery date. Shipping your return back is quick and easy. We recommend that you ship or return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. We're sorry but return shipping fees are not refundable. If your package was damaged, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at1-877-4-SHUBRAH ( 1-877-474-8272) and ask for an authorization number. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and we will advise on replacement of the items.
